Our wine cellar

When coming in our wine cellar ones immediately understand the big work made in the years, the passion, the experience and the professionalism which are our trademark. It looks very modern as to its up-to-date wine machinery: stainless steel tanks for the controlled fermentation of the grapes and presses for their soft treading; modern bottling-machines, as a guarantee of control and hygiene of the end product and, at the same time, very ancient and traditional tanks to the old big oak barrels suitable for the wines ageing and the barriques, where our rare San Bernardino becomes refined.
