Our family business
The family business Fratelli has been born from a long family tradition in wine production. Still at the end of the nineteenth century grandfather Michele and his brothers cropped the vineyards of Agliano, in the heart of Monferrato, well known area of production of some of the best red wines of Piedmont, in particular Barbera. Many customers from Piedmont and Lombardy came to the farm every year to get their wine cask. When the sons Carlo e Giovanni took over the business, purchased additional vineyards and started the construction of a new wine cellar, the production capacity of our business grew up.
Today, by the third generation, also the sons Cesare and Michele take part to the business, showing the same interest and passion of their fathers. The personal total control of the production cycle, from the vineyards to the wine cellar, and the attempt to reach higher and higher quality levels, is now, as in the past, keeping alive the hundred-years-old family tradition in wine production.
